Order Policy – Non-Cancellable Orders
All Edutech Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.
Dispatch Policy for Interactive Flat Panels
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation. Any delay is communicated within 3 working days. Customer-approved delays are not eligible for refunds.
Unforeseen Events & Force Majeure
Delays due to floods, strikes, riots, lockdowns, or natural calamities are not eligible for refunds. Dispatch will resume at the earliest feasible date.
Warehouse & Dispatch Origin
Products are dispatched from Edutech-managed or authorized vendor warehouses across India. Dispatch location is determined internally for faster delivery.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery typically occurs within 7 working days after dispatch. Remote locations may require additional transit time.
Installation Process
Installation is scheduled via email confirmation or customer support. Site readiness is mandatory. In case of issues, installation will be rescheduled.
Shipment Inspection & Transit Damage
Shipments are transit-insured. Customers must refuse visibly damaged packages. Our technician will verify the product during installation. Damage claims after technician departure are not covered.
Technical Issues, Repair & Replacement
In case of manufacturing defects or technical issues, repair or replacement will be provided as per warranty terms. Refunds are not applicable.
Return Policy
All Edutech Interactive Flat Panels are non-returnable products.
